Replacement
Club House Key
If you need a replacement clubhouse
key there is a fee of $50. Only 1 key is issued to each unit.
If you have purchased a unit in the community, it is your responsibility to collect the key from the previous
owner; otherwise there will be $50 fee for a new key.

please email the association manager at barry@evo-mgmt.com or call 801-708-0525.
If you set up an appointment to obtain a replacement
key and do not hold to your appointment, there will be a 2 week waiting period before a new key will be issued.
