All cars parked in violation of these rules or that are
parked in the street are subject to towing without warning.
Should you choose
not to follow the community parking restrictions and your vehicle is towed, contact Evans and Sons Towing at 801-975-9422.
Do not contact an HOA Board Member.
The HOA Board will
not discuss the towing of your vehicle with you and will refer you to the towing company or Advantage Management.
The HOA Board is not in control of, and will not refund, any fees you may incur for your parking violations.

A Day After 5:00 PM pick
up at yard $75 Drop Charge
$80 (If
you return while they are picking up the vehicle)
